The sales-to-new-listings ratio is the homes sold as a share of the homes newly listed, as a 12-month trend so that one month's swings do not decide it. The Canadian Real Estate Association reads a ratio below 40% as a buyer's market and above 60% as a seller's market. Months of inventory, also a 12-month trend, is how long the homes for sale would take to sell at the pace of sales. Days on market is the average for the homes sold in September 2026, and sold vs list their average sale price as a share of the list price. The areas are Toronto's districts and the other GTA towns, from our Greater Toronto Area report, built from the statistics of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB).

Left out because they had fewer than 30 sales this month: King (20), Brock (8), Scugog (23), Uxbridge (18), Adjala-Tosorontio (8), Essa (25), Sunnylea & Stonegate-Queensway (23), Kingsview Village-The Westway & Richview (20), North York & Clanton Park (19), Moore Park & Rosedale (21), Leaside & Thorncliffe Park (27), York Mills & St. Andrew-Windfields (17), Birch Cliff & Oakridge (26), Rouge & Malvern (28).
